1 - I am allowed to reject any commission for any reason, most times I'm going to reject you though is likely going to be due to a lack of confidence or something about what you're asking me is breaking my TOS...That or you're doing some sus ass shit (I do not associate with Scammers, NFTs, Zoophiles, Pedos, Homophobes, etc).

2 - I will not do any NSFW work unless you are a friend of mine. However I will not be offended seeing NSFW on a ref sheet.

3 - Please give credit where credit is due, if you use my work such as in a thumbnail or something you are not directly making profit from (outside of buying a commercial license; see 7), I'd appreciate it if you linked to my twitter or mentioned my name,

4 - Do not resell my art! that's just scummy...However if you buy a character or custom from me and decide to later down the line resell it, you are free to do so.

5 - I request that the first time you draw a character you purchased from me that you credit me for making it, after that you'll never need to do so again outside of treehou.se instances,

6 - Speaking of character purchasing, once you buy a character from me, you own it, it is not up to me what you do with that character. But just be aware if I find out you're doing some sus ass shit (see above) with it I will not do work with you again.

7 - If you would like to sell my artwork I've done for you on shirts and things like that, please purchase a commercial license to do so from my add-on section, which you can do when you commission the piece or after getting it (and yes that include like years after getting the piece or however long after the piece is made).

8 - I have the right to post the commission I've made for you on any platform I desire as well as in the gallery on this website if I want. I will not be be doing a private commission unless it is for a birthday or holiday gift in to which case it will still be posted once the gift has been given.

9 - While my prices are negotiable I will be very insistent on the normal price unless you catch me in a good mood... just don't ask for free stuff, You'll need to wait for requests to open if you want something for free.
